These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of intactskin.com, its related pages, and the products and services offered through the Intact Skin store (collectively, the “Site”). In these Terms, “Intact Skin,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of the Site; “you” and “your” refer to a visitor, customer, or other user of the Site.
By accessing the Site, creating an account, submitting information, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or place an order.

Shipping, refunds, and consumer rights
Our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, and Legal Notice and Website Disclaimer form part of these Terms. The Shipping Policy explains our commitment to ship completed orders within 24 hours of purchase. The Refund Policy allows you to request a refund within 60 calendar days after confirmed delivery, with no explanation and no product return required.
Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited in your place of residence.

Indemnification
